Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or returned without its original hygiene condition cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and photos of the issue.
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
